My name is Raquel Mendez Dills. I am a blessed mother of 2 children, 32 and 13, as well as a grandmother of 2. I know how important the bond between family is and have made it my goal to help others strengthen their families from day one. 

      While native to New York, I have lived in the Charlotte area for over 20 yrs and have had the opportunity to serve here as a certified birthing doula. It is my passion to assist families with the highest level of personal care and commitment during this incredible time in their lives. There is nothing more miraculous than a new life coming into this world. I am committed to making this experience as peaceful, comfortable and enjoyable for you as possible.

     As a holistic practitioner, I have grown my interest in several other certifications as well. I offer these in addition to my doula services or as separate forms of therapy to all ages and genders. I have become proficient in reflexology, reiki, trigger point therapy, Chakra balancing and yoga. My specialty is incorporating these methods during the birthing process to give my clients the most comfortable experience.

      Throughout my journey, I have become very experienced and passionate about VBAC births and natural induction as well. My goal is to guide expectant families into a successful and memorable journey to meeting their new baby! My clients continue to give me the drive and passion I need to be successful as a certified doula. I am forever thankful to have this opportunity and be a part of their lives from the beginning.
